the car is in great condition. the compression test results were, 110, 145,145, 150. is this a concern? It's a turbo

not really .get yourself a good injector & intake system cleaner add to fuel tank then recheck after next tank fill up ,may just be a sticking valve or carbon build up on valve causing very small leakage in cylinder #1 giving u lower compression reading ,try that ,then post back after retesting .
