Converters use precious metals inside them like platinum and palladium, so a new Saab part will be in the 800-1000 dollar range, a universal aftermarket that needs to be fitted is much less, havent priced one latley but if you can, get an aftermarket direct fit...it will minimize altering of your exhaust system!
