2000 Saab 9-3 repair Question too much fuel consumption

2000 Saab 9-3 repair Question Two Wheel Drive Manual 134k miles

I have lately noticed that my saab start drinking petrol, what could be the reason(s) behind that.

Today I noticed that rev meter is bit slow as compared to speedometer, is that rings any bells?

Your expert opinion is badly needed. thanks

does your turbo gauge while driving goes to the red line ,also have u fill the tank & check fuel gauge reading , also is your check engine light on ,just starting from the basics first ,post back after u check vehicle performance .
