2000 Saab 9-3 repair Question Two Wheel Drive Manual 134k miles

I have lately noticed that my saab start drinking petrol, what could be the reason(s) behind that.

Today I noticed that rev meter is bit slow as compared to speedometer, is that rings any bells?

Does your turbo gauge while driving goes to the red line, also have u fill the tank & check fuel gauge reading, also is your check engine light on, just starting from the basics first, post back after u check vehicle performance.
