1999 Saab 9-3 repair Question 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

it doesnot show speed.
all my fuses are ok.
I guess checking the sensor is next but where is it

U SOUND LIKE U HAVE A BAD ABS BRAKE CONTROL UNIT SPEEDO INFO WORKS THROUGH THIS UNIT ,DID U CHECK SYSTEM FOR CODES .ANY DASH WARNING LIGHT ON.
