1999 Saab 9-3 repair Question Automatic 10700 miles

My headlights went out. I only have a high beam on passengers side. Changed both bulbs and fuses under hood. What now?

YOU NEED TO REPLACE THE HEADLAMP CONTROL UNIT ,THIS IS LOCATED IN THE ENGINE BAY FUSE PANEL ,IT IS THE ORANGE COLOUR LOOKING RELAY ,IF U MOVE IT SIDE TO SIDE WHILE LIGHT IS ON U MAY GET ALL LIGHTS TO WORK ,ANYWAYS THIS IS WHAT U NEED ,PART IS EXPENSIVE ,GOOD LUCK.
