Engine Cooling problem
1999 Saab 9-3 repair Question 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

What kind of coolant should I put into my 1999 Saab se?

Can I add it to the existing coolant? Do I have to mix water? The "Fill coolant fluid" message came up on the display. The level is currently just below the fill line and I've noticed no leaking.

yes it's ok to added regular green type coolant if u dont have the original blue coolant from saab ,same thing but for the colour ,get the cooling system pressure tested u may have a water pump seal going bad ,these cars dont really take topping up if system is working fine ,taking note that cooling fans works as intended & coolant thermostat is working ok too ,good luck .
