1999 Saab 9-3 repair Question Car shakes at anything over 40

My car started shaking at 40mph. I have replaced the motor mounts (1 was broken) and had the alignment checked the tires balanced and rotated. I am not sure what to try next any suggestions.

get your passenger side drive axle checked for a worn tri-pad bearing & bell joint ,does it shake while turning to the right ? ,u may also have a bad rim or tire ,these can be bad but still balance out ,get rim & tire runout plus road force checked this is the only way to find out if rim or tire is bad ,if your tire shop bypass this process & went straight to balancing then u will never know about rim & tire condition .good luck,
