1999 SAAB 9-3 repair Question auto maintenance

I have heard of on-line accounts where people can be specifically instructed on how-to installations and repairs. Do you know of any such web sites for saab?
specifically I am looking to replace fuel filter, pcv valve,
and coolant flush. I own a 2.0 liteer turbo.
