2005 Saab 9-2X Whistling noise

The car makes a constant whistling noise, I have only noticed it when the motor is not running. Seems to be coming from somewhere under ther hood.

LOL ,tell it to stop ,anyways never heard of that before ,u may need to take it in to your dealership for diagnose ,sorry .
