I’ve tried PB blaster multiple time and tried a battery powered impact driver a ratchet pliers and I cannot get it off. I have to get it off in order to change leaking oil pan that is leaking on to exhaust.

PIC 1) The use of some heat, may work well to expand a nut, as long as nearby plastic or other vital things don't get melted. I use a portable "Turbo Torch" many times using Mapp gas (Gets pretty darn hot) when an acetylene rig might be too much/ expensive or unavailable.

PIC 2) These work really good on nuts or bolts. I call them "External EZ- Outs". One trait I like about them is, when dealing with a nut on a bolt or stud.

You can let the thread pass on through the square ratchet hole (not using a ratchet) and still be able to turn the tool/ extractor counter-clock wise with a wrench or an even bigger socket over the whole tool!

Other views of a loose one of these tools reveals it able to be used with a ratchet (like a socket) or having a hex body also able to use with a wrench/ or a big socket around it.

These tools "bite" harder/ wedge onto the nut or bolt head as the get turned CCW.

There were two sets available, a bigger and a smaller, The set I have was about $30 from Advance Auto Parts.

PIC 3) Mars Rust Buster, I've never seen anything like it!

After hours of being gentle with a nut removal. Mega heat, lots of torque with no positive results on it budging from my 1946 Willys Jeep exhaust manifold.

My friend brought over his cheap bottle of Mars Rust Buster. With maybe an hour of soaking the nut with a few drops, it came off with ease. I've been sold ever since!

He told me a story of taking off an impossible giant nut using a few drops, he said when he returned an hour later, the nut was laying on the ground! LOL! (It is almost that good!)

A combination of penetrating oil/ heat/ and one of these tools in the set may work well for you.

Let us know how it works out.
