Runs terrible feels like it's getting choked?

Almost feels like it's getting choked out if you push pedle to fast when in neutral and runs even worse then driving clean oil screen replaced plugs and coils tried valve cleaner replaced fuel pump and oil is fresh with new filter

Yep, the first thing we need to do is run the codes, but it sounds like you have low compression in one or more cylinders but lets not jump ahead until we get the codes.
