First you will need to repair all plastics tubes that are cracked or broken, you are creating a pressure leak with the positive crank ventilation. that the computer will try to compensate for vacuum leak.
second test fuel injector continuity at the connector with the injector to verify continuity. (see link)

After you test injector electrical continuity erase codes from system, check to make sure you have no air leaks or vacuum related. notice attention on the one side cylinders 2,4,6 these are on one side.
Please run down these guides and report back.
when you erase codes read again to verify and report codes.
as for the coils you can swap one at a time from other side of bank from cylinders 1,3 and 5.
