I had my oxygen sensor changed and check engine light shut off it came back on within 7 miles from garage. Engine runs rough and check engine light flashes when running rough then comes out of it when I get behind another car and have to slow down it goes into running rough like I have lost power

You need to check for engine codes with a obd2 scanner, your vehicle is missing and it should tell you what cylinder it is.

Every time engine light flashes its telling you that engine is misfiring
