Runs rich at low speed, at idle runs erratic?

Car has been stored for 15 years. Starts skipped didn't run right when started. Put in new injectors, and it ran better. Put in spark plugs (they were black) a new o2 sensor and a mat sensor. Mid and high-speed runs good up to 100MPH. Steady 50 MPH has misses.

These engines had a problem with the fuel pressure regulator leaking raw fuel into the intake manifold, here is the location of the regulator so you can remove the vacuum line, if fuel is present the regulator is bad and must be replaced. #241 in the diagram below.
