Cannot get it to pass emissions. Running too rich. Is there a hotter plug and wires that could be used to help this?

This will not help emissions, you first need to see if the O2 sensor is working, a faulty O2 sensor will default to rich, a live data read will show the activity of the sensor, get this checked first.
