runs really rough

My car will run for a minute or two then starts to run rough and dies. I have replaced the fuel pump, spark plugs, fuel regulator, and the pcv valve and fixed several vacuum leaks. The car has not ran for more than a few minutes at a time and the new spark plugs are already black and sooty, the car still run really rough and will not stay running.

check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. the fuel regulator may be bad or no vacuum is going to it and making it too high.
