At idle long term fuel trim vary for 6.3 % to sometimes 14.2%. what could cause the problem?

vacuum leak, low fuel pressure leaky injector etc. scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge. See link. auto parts rent gauge.

i forgot to tell you the oxygen sensor stays lean after i shut off the engine and started back .it will oscillate after i bleep the gas pedal
