Running very rough after intake manifold replacement

Intake manifold had a crack leaking a small amount of antifreeze towards front of motor. Replaced intake manifold with a brand new one. Since replacing, car runs very rough, though all injectors are working as well as coils. Car ran amazingly smooth before swap. Any ideas? Definitely not a first timer on turning wrenches but I am stumped.

Hi,

Are there any diagnostic trouble codes? What you described sounds like a simple engine vacuum leak. Have you checked and confirmed there are none? See link below.

Also, there was a TSB on the first runner coolant cross-over related to leakage. Is that where the problem was?
