Running ruff, code po300

Cold morning, went out to start car. Turned over a while but finally cranked, but runs very rocky. Changed spark plugs (old ones very fouled), now 2 middle ones not firing. Checked oil, there some yellow lookin stuff on cap only. (Hasn't been long since oil change, its 85percent left on life of oil, and has antifreeze in it.) Dont have a lot of money to take to service shop. Plz help me! Thanks in advance.

First thing you need to do is inspect your coil pack on the plastic areas is normally a crack on it and it's kinda hard to see at times but inspect it very well. Also check the engine codes
