Running rough, no codes

Okay, my timing chain came off so I put back on with new tension-er's and guides and double checked it put all back together. Start car have to hold gas or will not run and then runs really rough and tries to shut off. No check engine lights.

Please start with a compression test it sounds like you may have bent a valve this will confirm it.
