Heater fan not working

This could be either the resistor or the blower motor itself.

I attached the wiring diagram for you to view and we need to do some checks. Check the orange wire to the resistor for power with the key on.

I circled some fuses for you to check. Check them with a test light for power on both sides.

You will need to check the fuses I circled for power with the key on.

In most cases, it is either the resistor or the blower motor itself.

You need to verify voltage at the orange wire at the blower resistor.

BLOWER MOTOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the right side instrument panel insulator.
2. Release the instrument panel harness retainer and move the harness to one side.

3. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector.

4. Disconnect the blower motor cooling hose.
5. Remove the mounting screws from the blower motor.
6. Remove the blower motor.

BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the right side instrument panel insulator.

2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor resistor.

3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor.

4. Loosen both screws from the forward blower motor resistor.

IMPORTANT: The blower motor resistor opening is slotted. Access is extremely limited.

5. Remove the screws from the rear blower motor resistor.
6. Remove the blower motor resistor.
