running rough

my SUV is running rough. it seams to me it is more at a idle, but at one time it had a misfire on cylinder four well i more the coil from four to one and then cylinder six. i replaced that coil it seamed to get better. but not great. any ideas?

scan for codes first see what you have so you do not waste money. if a misfire best cheapest option is for a professional to fix it as it can be a basic engine problem, sensors , injectors etc.
