My SUV is running rough. It seams to me it is more at a idle, but at one time it had a misfire on cylinder four well I more the coil from four to one and then cylinder six. I replaced that coil it seamed to get better. But not great. Any ideas?

Scan for codes first see what you have so you do not waste money. If a misfire best cheapest option is for a professional to fix it as it can be a basic engine problem, sensors, injectors etc.
