Id Scan it first and formost but if you dont gave access to a scan tool then..Heres an easy list of all the things to check first (about 5 to 10 mins )and keep in mind evan just one small leaky hose can cuase this rough running ...look at all the rubber hoses big and small between the engine and the air filter houing and all around the engine bay amywhere you see them to see If any are loose cracked dis connected ect...check the big rubber air intake hose leading to the athrottle body and any smaller ones connected to it and be sure to also look at the side and bottom of all these hoses often times they Crack in an area of the hose where you cant see like on the bottom of the hose or in an where other components are near by that block your view so it always a good idea to take your time while inspecting thes hoses this visual inspection a is the first step in the diagnostic chain if you di this amd you dont find anything let us know so we can take you through the next step best of luck hope this helps

Oh and a side note if you dont have access to a scan tool often times the big chain autoparts stores will scan it for free ( be sure to write the codes down if any are found and post them here ) this could help alot with this problem and save a bunch of time if you dont find it performing the the quick visual inspection I listed above ..let us know what you find ...hope this helps good luck
