Running rough

Hi, filled tank drove for One hundred and forty nine miles then it started running real rough. Took it to O'Reilly auto had it tested under dash. Changed spark plugs, coil pack, number five Injector, and it is still running rough. What else could it be?

Do you know what codes they got? Can you get a re scan and post the codes? Sounds as if it may be a tune or fuel related problem, but any codes will help.

Two codes P0205 fault with number five injector and P0235 is number five cylinder misfire.
Codes P0442 small EVAP leak may just be a loose fuel cap and P0420 is 2 sensor problem, and probably related to the misfire. Check out the injector first. I feel that this is the main problem here.
