My truck is running rich, could it be the O2 sensors on bay one sensor one and bay two sensor one?

check for high fuel pressure first, O2 sensors can be check electronically with a scanner with live data read to see if they are working correctly also a good mechanic can use the data from the O2 sensor to trouble shoot as well.
