running lights not working

i found the fuse 15 amp under the dash, when i even touch the new fuse to put it in it just pops.

also dash gauges work but no lights. replaced the fuse 《think it was 28》 but still no dash lights. Please help!

Hello,

It sounds like one of your light sockets or bulbs has melted. Please remove the rear lens first and check the bulbs for damage (remove the bulbs). Here is a guide that should help.
