The car runs hot and then will go back down and no heat comes out if I am at a light while it is down it goes back up. I was low on oil due for oil change but not many miles over. I changed the heat filter inside. it also as a noise coming from the vents inside the heat register like gurgling.

Hi,

It sounds like you are low on engine coolant. Take a look through this link:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/engine-cooling-system

Do me a favor. With the engine cold, check the level in the coolant reservoir and then in the radiator itself. I have a feeling you will find it's low.

Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.

Take care,
Joe
