Engine running hot

2008 CHEVROLET IMPALA
162,015 MILES • 3.9L • V6 • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

Car listed above has a police package. I've replaced the thermostat, water pump, radiator, radiator hoses, coolant temperature sensor, and added coolant. Still running hot. Can anyone please tell me how to solve this issue?

It sounds like you may have a blown head gasket. to be sure this guide can help confirm the issue:
