We need to start with limiting it down to ignition, fuel, or compression. If you have a misfire on this cylinder then it is one of the three. Can you monitor the o2 sensor data?

I included a few guides here that will help.

I would suggest with starting with a compression test just to ensure the engine is not losing compression. Without that nothing else matters.

If compression is okay, swap the injector with another cylinder and see if it moves cylinders.
