car starts and than I go somewhere shut car off go start it to leave and wont start wait a while and than it will start any ideas

Have the fuel pressure checked, especially when you are spinning the engine over to start it (this is before it will not start). Drive the car (with the fuel pressure gauge connected). When you go to start it again, compare the pressure with that of the previous pressure. If it is the same and the car still will not start, then it's not the fuel pump (not providing enough pressure). If the pressure is low (causing the non-start condition) then it is a failing fuel pump. Let me know the results.
