If there are no codes, then it is not ignition related. Check to make sure the fuel injectors are working/getting power. Also, you may want to disconnect one coil pack at a time to see which one does not make a difference. That way you will know which cylinder is causing the problem. Once that is determined, then check the injector/compression in that cylinder.

I have disconnect coils does not make difference. ran compression, the missing is less than five seconds.
