Sowing code p0605. Running rough. Ford delaer states not under warranty because of the code. Problem is pcm. Delaer states needs replaced. Question isnt the p0605 a vague code

Your Dealer is lying to you! The PCM is considered an EMISSIONS part and as such is waranteed for 80,000 miles, P0605= internal control module read only memory (ROM Error. PCM should be replaced. Call Ford directly, or NTHSA at 1-888-327-4236

PCM need to be reprogrammed
