Rubber buffer on suspension?

Hi all,
My partner complained that her car's plate rear end crashes down when going over a bump. After inspecting it I noticed that the rear suspension rubber buffer has come off. How do I take the part out as it doesn't fit through the springs?

Hello,

You will need to remove the rear spring to fix the insulator here are the instructions on how to do so in the diagrams below. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
