rpm low in starting any time and gear down shifting

My car is starting any time the rpm is going too low or engine off and i give the accelerater raise five seconds and remove the leg from accelerater,the rpm going normaly up and again going too down after rpm coming normal.Then i drive the car some times gear down shifting the rpm is coming too low or engine automaticaly off.please give me an answer

try cleaning throttle plateon both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner

this drive belt center groove damage and i think belt not rotate properly.

recommended belt an dtensioner replacement is 60,000 miles
