Engine has low power?

I'm not 100% why. Whenever I try to, the truck starts to become almost "jumpy" and will not go over.

This can be caused by a couple different things but first we should scan for codes. this guide will help:

Also the engine can be misfiring or the catalytic converter is clogged.
