I am in the Kingdom of Bahrain. My car's rpm is more and it has bad sound. when the car is standing sometime even if I do not accelerate the car the rpm goes up and down. Please give me the solution of this problem.

Based on your description, it sounds like the idle air control (IAC) is bad. It is located on the throttle body and is easy to replace. I attached a picture of the component. Keep in mind, the throttle assembly may need cleaned as well. Do not spray carburetor cleaner into it.
