I have the car listed above (it is called l90 in Iran and made here). When I want to change to higher gear and push the clutch the rpm's drop too fast and when I push gas, the car does not go smoothly and have shakes. What is the problem then?
another thing is when car is standing, if I push gas, when gas return I have shakes and its like the car is going to turn off!
and no error is in dash.
(sorry for bad English)

No problem. It sounds like you have one of two problems; first I would check the throttle bore of coking which is a dark goo over it which will make it not work right.

Here is a guide to help you see what I am taking about:

Next would be a vacuum leak which will cause the engine to hunt for idle which will make it drop rapidly.

Please let us know what you find.

It kind of sounds like the engine is misfiring, have you done a tune up lately?

Here is a guide to help you get the job done.

If the plugs are new lets run the codes to see what come up.
