When I get up to 3,000 it starts sputtering. I change spark plugs,coil pack, fuel injector.

Hello,
Do you have a check engine light on? If so lets run the codes to see what comes up, it sounds like you have a MAF sensor that is off slightly you can try cleaning it but I recommend replacement. Here is a guide to help walk you through the steps with diagrams below to show you how on your car:
