1997 Other Rover Models security locked & over heat

My rover 825 car. 1997 model, refused to start due to security locked. I need help on how to disable the security, because is giving me alot of headache.The other problem is constant over heating. pls i really assistant. regards.

the car will need plugging into a diagnostic computer to reprogramme the theft sytem .. have a compression test of cylinders to check for headgasket failure !!
