2003 Rover 75 radiator fan

my radiator fan seems to be running nearly all the time and i dont have any control over the heater plus the temp gauge on the dashboard says that it is permanatly -22 can you help ?

start by checking your coolant level is correct !! the temp display you refer to,is for outside temp and the sensor is probably faulty and needs replacing
