2002 Rover 75 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 68k miles

hi. i'd like to know how to adjust the handbrake cable on a rover 75 tourer. it is only an inch from max but still hold's car on a hill.

handbrake is self adjusting .. the brake shoes may be worn !
