the passenger seat will not move backwards or forwards on the runners, pull the handle up to propel yourself and the seat is jammed

Hi there,

You will have to remove the seat from the car and inspect the slides and the actuator, there may be a broken lever or something jambed in the runners, this should not be hard to sort out.
