1999 Rover 4 Series Front Wheel Drive Manual

hi my car was very sluggish and when i was stationery smoke was coming from my exhaust.i tooped my water level up my heater was blowing cold however i am hopingthat you can enlighten me many thanks

have the cylinders compression tested .. suspect headgasket
