my car started hiccuping it feels like a fuel blockage i had a new fuel filter fitted and put in red x to clean the system out got better by 80 percent do you think that was the problem but is still doing it when going uphill in 4th gear at 40mph

have the fuel pressure checked .. it may need a replacement fuel pump or pressure regulator
