2004 Rover 25 Heater only blows cold air, what can be the p

Heater not working, temp guage working fine, coolant level seems fine, all coolant pipe work to and from heater getting warm/hot, fan motor works on all settings, although the flap setting for in car and external air control is stuck on in car setting, can anyone think of what is the problem coud be?

sounds lioke the control door (flap) for the heat/cold mixture is also stuck !
