2000 Rover 2 Series coolant overheats

Engine Cooling problem
2000 Rover 2 Series 6 cyl 80,000 miles

my rover 200's collant overheats and sprays this light yellow liguid out of the tank, smoke too. i filled it up a couple of weeks ago when it was low though suddenly this happened. tried letting it cool down and filled it up with coolant/water but still happpends after about 10 mins of driving. in the tank it still has the yellow liquid, any help please!!!

your headgasket has blown i'm afraid .. a common fault on this vehicle !
