Hello Jaffa. And thanks for the donation

The rover series of vehicles was not released here in the U.S.A. So unfortunately I do not have a wiring diagram to hand. I have Emailed a friend in the U.K. For him to send me a wiring diagram. Until that arrives (time differences need to be taken into account. Haha.) Let's do a few checks. The rover series of vehicles has a fuel cut off switch under/behind the radio console bottom centre of dashboard. Locate the switch press the button on the top to reset it. Then try and start the vehicle. Have you checked the fuse. Have you checked power is going to the relay. You should have 12 volts @ pump with key ON. The PCM (engine computer) grounds/earth's the pump for 5/10 seconds @ key ON to pressurise the system then cut's the pump until turning over the vehicle or engine running. So if you put 12 volts direct to pump and turn over the engine it should fire up unless there is another fault.
