How to remove a rounded off head bolt?

Rounded off a head bolt in my Volvo when trying to remove it, used a bolt extractor and it just continued to round it off. I don't know how to get it out at this point.

If you are taking it apart anyway, grind or drill the head off. Remove the head and use vice grips to remove the shank. Coat the drill and the area around the bolt in grease to catch the chips.
