Rough idle when put on gear?

I recently replace spark plug spark plug wires I also replaced the oil pressure sensor but now when I started the truck the oilpresure light and temperature light still on and when put on drive the truck idles very rough in the muffler makes a weird noise

Yep, it sounds like the engine has no or very low oil pressure, I would stop using it so you don't damage the engine. I would check the oil level and condition first and change it if needed. I have seen the oil pump pick up get clogged due to lack of maintenance. Please check the oil and get back to me. Thanks for the video it helps.

thank you for taking the time to answer my question. yes i did checkd the oil and its at level. someone told me it can be the timing chain

O yes, this is common you will need to remove the timing chain cover to inspect it. Here is a video to help which is on a similar engine but the procedure is the same.
