Car idles really rough. Have checked for vacuum leaks, but can't find any. I have also already cleaned the mass airflow sensor, but it still idles rough. Could it be the DISA valve (or intake manifold control valve) or idle control valve? If so, is there a way to check them? Can someone help me diagnose what is going on with it? Thanks.

You should have some codes in the computer. What are the numbers?
You have a ton of lean codes and misfire codes. The first thing I would have done is a smoke test to find vacuum leaks.

Can I smoke test it myself somehow or detect leaks another way? I am trying to fix it myself instead of taking it to a shop. I have already changed the thermostat on it myself. If the DISA valve is not functioning right, can it cause some of those codes? Thanks.

If you have a $1200 smoke machine, sure you can do it yourself but I kinda doubt that.
